Refund Policy for Bulk Image Downloader From URL List

This policy explains when you can cancel a purchase of a Bulk Image Downloader From URL List licence or AI Credits, and how to request a refund. It is written to meet consumer-protection law in the markets we sell to, including the EU and UK. It does not reduce any statutory rights you have.

1. What you are buying

  • The Chrome extension itself is free to install, with core URL-list download features at no cost.
  • PRO licences (Try PRO and Licensed PRO — sold as 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months and 1 Year Unlimited) unlock paid features.
  • AI Credits are a separate, consumable top-up used by AI Studio. Each generation or edit consumes credits. Credits expire one year after purchase.

Because licences and credits are digital content supplied immediately, cancellation depends on whether access has already begun (section 3).

2. Your 14-day right to cancel (EU, UK and similar)

If you live in the EU, UK or another region with an equivalent cooling-off rule, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.

For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends when performance begins — but only if, before you begin, we asked for and you gave express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once access begins. We collect both at checkout. If you do not give that consent, your 14-day cancellation window stays open and you may request a full refund within it.

3. When the cancellation right ends

Once access to paid features has begun, the “change of mind” cancellation right ends. Access is treated as having begun when either first happens:

  • a download task is started while a PRO licence is active, or
  • AI Credits are consumed.

This is why a purchase that has already been used cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind. It does not affect your rights when a product is faulty or not as described (section 6).

4. AI Credits

  • Unused credits can be refunded at their remaining value if requested within 14 days of purchase and not yet consumed.
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable. Credits are spent the moment you generate or edit an image, and that service has been performed.
  • Refunds cover the unused balance only. Free promotional credits are not refundable and have no cash value.

5. Unlimited (PRO) licences

  • If you have not started a download with the licence, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have used the licence, the cancellation right has ended (section 3). You may still request a refund where the product is faulty or not as described (section 6).
  • Where a licence has been partly used and a genuine fault made it unusable, we will refund the unused remainder of the term on a pro-rata basis, or fix the fault — whichever you prefer.

6. Faulty or not-as-described purchases

These rights are always available and cannot be waived:

  • If the extension does not work as described or a paid feature fails to function, contact support first. We will try to fix it; if we cannot, we will refund it.
  • If a licence or credits cannot be activated or delivered, you receive a full refund.
  • Nothing here limits statutory consumer guarantees (for example, the 2-year legal guarantee under EU law).

7. How to request a refund

Email info@bulkimagedownloaderurllist.com with:

  1. the email address used for the purchase, and
  2. your order or licence reference (or approximate purchase date).

That is all we require to open a request. To help us diagnose technical problems faster we may ask for a short description and a few example URLs — this is a troubleshooting aid, not a condition of your refund, and you never have to provide it to exercise a cancellation or statutory right.

8. Timing and method

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of approving your request.
  • We do not charge any fee to process a refund and do not deduct processing costs from the amount refunded.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.

9. What we do not refund

  • Licences or downloads that have already been used, where you are cancelling because you changed your mind (section 3).
  • AI Credits that have already been consumed.
  • Free promotional credits.
  • Purchases where the extension worked as described and the issue was resolved through updates or support.

10. Fair use and abuse

We apply this policy in good faith and expect the same. We may decline a request and restrict further refunds where there is a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, consuming a licence, then requesting refunds. This is a last resort, applied consistently, and never used to penalise a genuine fault.

11. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it. A chargeback raised without contacting us may slow resolution, and we will always consider a support message instead.

12. Region-specific rights

This policy sits alongside local consumer law and does not replace it. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
