Install and updates

How do I install the extension?
Install from the Chrome Web Store (search for Bulk Image Downloader From URL List), then click Add to Chrome. Pin it from the puzzle menu if you want it on the toolbar.

How do I update the extension?
Chrome updates the extension automatically. To force a check, open chrome://extensions/, enable Developer mode, and click Update.

How do I uninstall the extension?
Right-click the extension icon and choose Remove from Chrome, or remove it from chrome://extensions/.

Downloads not working

What if an image URL is broken or invalid?
Broken URLs are skipped. Check the list for typos, expired links, or URLs that require a login you have not completed in the browser.

Can I download from password-protected sites?
Only if your browser session already has access and you can reach the image URLs. The extension does not bypass logins or paywalls.

Scheduled downloads did not run
Keep the extension Options page open for scheduled jobs. If it was closed, reopen Options so missed jobs can retrigger.

Can I pause and resume a download?
Not yet. Finish the current batch in one session, or cancel and start a new list.

Billing, licenses, and refunds

How do I buy or renew PRO?
PRO is the paid plan for the full toolkit. Purchase from the Shop page, then follow the license activation steps in your order email.

How do refunds work?
See the refund policy page linked from Shop and the footer. Contact us with your order email if you need help with a refund request.

My PRO license is not activating
Confirm you used the same email as the order, that the license key was copied without extra spaces, and that Chrome is online. Still stuck? Use Contact with your order number.

Privacy and permissions

Does the extension collect personal data?
Downloads run in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details. Report security concerns via Contact.

What permissions does it need?
Current versions ask only for what the download workflow needs. If a future update needs more, Chrome will show the request with a reason.
