Testing a small sample prevents confusion. If the imported list contains product pages, galleries, or article URLs, treat it as a scanning job first.

Paste or load simple URL lists

For straightforward jobs, paste one URL per line or load a saved URL list from a file. Clean obvious blanks, duplicates, and malformed links before running the task. If the list is large, start with a smaller sample to make sure the source behaves as expected.

Validate and clean after import

Old URL lists often contain broken links, redirects, repeated files, and mixed source types. Use duplicate removal, 404 checks, redirect checks, and filters before starting a large download. For page URL scans, review the extracted image set before creating the final task.

Save reusable imports and task setups

If a list or task setup will be used again, export the tested task to CSV or save the relevant session/rules for later. This makes recurring supplier, catalog, research, or migration jobs faster to rebuild.
