Step 1: find images on pages or URL lists

Start in the side-panel scraper on the source page:

Step 2: filter before the list grows

Narrow in the scraper or on the task:

  • minimum width/height and aspect orientation (square, landscape, portrait)
  • file-type filter for JPG, PNG, WebP, and other supported types
  • domain include/exclude and text-in-URL search
  • Download IF URL rules for path patterns you trust or want to exclude

Step 3: validate and flatten URLs

Paste the list into the 404 checker (HEAD with GET fallback) to drop dead links. Run the redirect checker to follow 301/302 chains (up to 20 hops) and replace pointer URLs with final destinations. Copy cleaned URLs into your task manually—checkers do not auto re-import.

Step 4: dedupe exact and visual repeats

Run URL deduplication, then the perceptual duplicate finder (Licensed PRO up to 600 URLs per scan; Try PRO limited to one URL or source). Pick Strict, Balanced, or Aggressive sensitivity and review groups before removal.

Step 5: name files predictably

Use the Filename Constructor with URL tokens, domain segments, zero-padded Sequence numbers, and timestamps. Licensed PRO supports bulk CSV import for custom filename lists. Enable Respect order when sequence must match URL list order.

Step 6: process on download (pick one processing mode)

Per task, choose either Resize or Convert—they are mutually exclusive. Convert outputs JPG, PNG, or WebP (no AVIF conversion). Enable Strip EXIF on download-only tasks when neither resize nor convert is active. Optional PNG image watermark (no text watermark). All processing runs client-side in Web Workers.

Step 7: export and repeat

Download loose files or enable per-task ZIP. Auto Folders can nest paths from URL structure. Export Tasks CSV backs up settings (all tiers); bulk CSV import restores on Licensed PRO. Schedule tasks at least two minutes ahead if needed—Chrome must stay open for scheduled runs. Save scraper presets as Saved Rules to rerun the pipeline.
